How do I customize the products I choose once I add them to my cart?
Your satisfaction and happiness is our goal and we strive for perfection with each and every order. In an effort to ensure the highest level of accuracy, we will personally discuss the options available with you. If you have questions prior to ordering, please feel free to contact us. Or, simply place your order and we will contact you as a part of our order process and will formally quote you on those options.

What is your order process?
You can order online through our website or you can call, fax or e-mail it to us. If you choose to order online, you will be prompted to provide your contact and billing information prior to completing your order, please do so to proceed. Once you have done this you simple choose the qty you would like to order, add that to your cart, upload your art if you would like and that is it. You will then receive an order confirmation and someone will contact within 24 hours to confirm you order as well as your order details such as product options.

Are the prices I see on your site the prices I will pay?
In most cases yes, this is the price that you will pay.

When will I receive my order?
Order delivery is approximately 2 to 3 weeks after approval of final art. If you need your products sooner, rush delivery and production are available in most cases. Expedited shipping and production charges may apply. We pride ourselves on rapid turn around and in most cases will deliver earlier than scheduled. Shipping to multiple locations is available for an additional charge

When will actual production begin?
Production will begin once we have final artwork approval.

Do you offer special promotions aka: sales?
Yes, there are times when a manufacturer will offer a lower price or incentive. If that is the case and it is not shown on our website, then we will make you aware of it upon approval of your order.

How do I need to send my artwork to you?
We need camera ready art created in an Illustrator Vector format. This format allows your art/logo to be printed at a high resolution for a quality imprint on your product. Also, please see our Artwork Requirements section.

Can I get a proof of my project and does it cost anything?
Yes, proofs are provided with every new order and it is required that they be signed off on. There may be a small fee if any at all which will be added to your order and this is on new orders only. They are not required on re-orders if nothing is changing.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept both Visa and MasterCard as well as company checks. **Please note that all first time orders do require prepayment in advance and in full. Credit card is the suggested method of payment for first time orders as it does streamline and simplify the process. These orders will ship once the credit card has been approved and funds have cleared. Net 30 terms are available for approved accounts. We will work with you on trying to meet you payment needs.

What if I am in a hurry, do you offer a rush service?
We pride ourselves on our ability to meet your needs. Almost every product you find on our site is able to be rushed.

Do you keep my artwork information on file?
Yes and we are happy to email it to you if ever needed, simply contact us.

Am I billed for overruns and what are they?
Overruns are just as they sound. These are extra pieces of your product that are run in excess or run short during production. Due to the difficulty in manufacturing exact quantities, 10% over or under quantities ordered must be considered fulfillment of order and will be invoiced to match the quantity shipped. If we are billed, then we will bill you as well. You will always receive what you are paying for. Sometimes they are sent at no charge to us, and in that case, you too will receive them at no charge as well.
